One by One Ministries works to mentor and educate expecting and new mothers so they can parent well and help their children thrive in safe, healthy environments. Trained volunteer mentors are paired with moms to provide friendship, spiritual hope, and evidence-based parenting education focused on early child development and kindergarten readiness. Through monthly meetings and weekly check-ins until the baby turns one—with options to continue into a second year—the ministry offers ongoing support, alongside an optional discipleship program for mothers seeking to grow in their Christian faith.
