Fathers in the Field at Fairview Baptist Church aims to rekindle and establish the spirit of fatherless boys ages 7–17 by sharing God's love and helping them heal through faith, fatherhood, and forgiveness. The ministry pairs young boys with dedicated male mentors who share their interests, building strong relationships through fun outdoor activities and practical life skills training. Through this one-on-one mentorship, men demonstrate consistent commitment, help prepare boys for future fatherhood, and guide them toward forgiving their earthly fathers through the hope of the Gospel.

Who is eligible
This ministry is specifically designed to support young boys ages 7-17 who do not have an active father figure in their lives.
