Small Business Loans: Flexible financing up to $200,000 for local entrepreneurs who cannot get a traditional bank loan.
Business Coaching: Free, one-on-one advice to help business owners manage money, grow operations, and plan strategies.

Rural Housing: Programs that support affordable housing, train local contractors, and connect people with homebuyer resources.

Town Economic Planning: Guidance for local leaders on long-term economic development, grant planning, and expanding internet access.
